The Perfect Dance Class for Mature Ladies

Hi,
My name is Sally Kinnell, an independent dance teacher and choreographer.
Originally trained at Laban in Modern Educational Dance, I started this class in 2011.
We are still going - getting older and maybe with bits that don't function as they used to, but we still love to dance as best we can.

Just Dance!

Varied and inspirational music helps us work on dance-based exercises to stretch the whole body and mind.  Complete (simple-ish) dances are built through the term which may be themed on anything from a Welsh love song to the Game of Thrones in a smooth contemporary style.
